Eminem Nike Series

Eminem and Nike have teamed up to make trainers and get all chariatble on yo' ass in the process. The boy Marshall has designed 8 different Eminem Nike Air Max sneakers, with each of the designs seeing an extremely limited run of only 8 pairs (a total of 64 super-rare pairs of trainers). So far the only pictures released have been of the Nike Air Max '87 (I) and the Nike Air Max '90, but a Nike Air Max 360 has been reported and no doubt there will be a Nike Air Max '95 and 180 sometime soon.

The Eminem Nike Air Max trainers will be auctioned off via eBay and Nike shops worldwide (beginning 31st August in London) to benefit the Marshall Mathers Foundation (for troubled youth in southeast Michigan) and a campaign to bring both education and sports programs to refugees worldwide.

The official Eminem website issued the following statement from the man himself:
"We're always looking for new ways to try to raise money and awareness for the foundation, so when Nike approached us we jumped at the chance. Who wouldn't want to design their own line of Nikes? And to do it for charity makes it that much better."

Thanks to Crooked Tongues for the picture.
